The Kullu valley around Manali is home to a few amazing waterfalls, all located in mountainous terrains, promising a wonderful drive / trek to even reach those waterfalls.
Jana waterfalls near Naggar is one such waterfall. After an out of the world drive through hilly roads, cedar forests and apple orchards, the waterfall presents itself in a mesmerizing fashion. Easy treks lead to higher points where the waterfall can be seen from up close. The local restaurants have set up tables right next to the waterfall and serve local delicacies, which can be had while the water sprinkles and sprays over you.
Jogini waterfalls is much closer to Manali (about 5km) and usually accessed by foot from the Vasisht Temple. Otherwise, there is also another route by road, followed by a short trek. The water does not fall from very great heights, so it is safe to take a shower or plunge into the pool of water at the foot of the waterfall. The ice cold water of Jogini is sure to rejuvenate the senses and raise the spirits.
